Bishkek – Son-Kol-Naryn – Tash Rabat – Kel Suu-Kochkor-Karakol-Cholpo-Ata- Bishkek

Day 1: Bishkek
Arrival in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, where you will be met at the airport with a personalized sign and a warm smile. After a short transfer, you will begin your tour of the city with a walk through its cozy center, where life flows slowly and the mountains on the horizon become part of the cityscape.
We will visit Ala-Too Square, the heart of Bishkek, admire the majestic monument to Kurmanjan Datka, stroll through the shady alleys of Oak Park, and visit the National Museum to gain a deeper understanding of the country’s history and culture.
The Osh Market will make a special impression — a real kaleidoscope of colors, aromas, and sounds, where you can buy souvenirs and national delicacies. This is especially important because after the tour ends, there will be no time left for shopping if your flight is scheduled immediately.
At the end of the day, we will check into the hotel and rest before continuing our journeу
Day 2: Bishkek – Son Kol (300 km)
Early in the morning, we set off for one of the most picturesque corners of Kyrgyzstan—Lake Son-Kol. On the way, we stop for a traditional breakfast: fragrant fried pancakes made from puff pastry, served with hot tea, fresh milk, and delicate homemade sour cream. A taste you will never forget, accompanied by the warm hospitality for which Kyrgyz families are renowned.
The road then leads through the Kubaky Pass, offering endless mountain vistas, and on to the mirror-like surface of the Orto-Tokoy Reservoir, where the water reflects the sky like a huge high-mountain mirror.
By noon, we reach Son-Koly, a high-altitude lake lost in a basin between the inner spurs of the Tien Shan mountains, between the Son-Köl-Too and Moldo-Too hills. It lies at an altitude of 3,016 meters above sea level and welcomes guests with crystal clear air, silence, and breathtaking expanses.
Accommodation is in a traditional yurt, where the evening is adorned with millions of stars in the black sky and the distant ringing of bells from grazing herds. The conditions are authentic: the amenities are located outside, allowing you to truly feel the nomadic rhythm of life and complete harmony with nature. Son-Kol is a place for those who appreciate simplicity, freedom, and the beauty of wild mountain silence.
Day 3: Son Kol – Naryn – Tash Rabat (250 km)
The morning begins with breakfast and a new adventure in the heart of Kyrgyzstan. We set off for the city of Naryn, but the road itself becomes a journey in its own right. The first stop is a picturesque pass with the amusing name “33 Parrots,” where panoramic views of winding serpentines and endless mountain expanses open up from above.
Next, we will walk to the Son-Kol waterfall, where a mountain river rushes down, scattering into thousands of sparkling droplets and filling us with freshness and energy. Along the way, we will make several stops at places of your choice — for photos, inspiration, or simply moments of silence surrounded by nature.
In the evening, we arrive at the legendary Tash-Rabat, an ancient caravanserai from the time of the Great Silk Road, hidden in the high mountain valleys of the At-Bashinsky district, not far from the border with China. Here, stone walls preserve the stories of merchants, travelers, and caravans that passed this way centuries ago.
After a walk around the caravanserai, we return to Naryn, where we check into a hotel and enjoy a cozy evening after a busy day.
Day 4: Naryn – Kel Suu (150 km)
The morning begins with a warm breakfast and anticipation of the journey to one of Kyrgyzstan’s most mysterious wonders — Lake Köl-Suu. The trip takes us through majestic mountain passes, where we stop to enjoy the fresh air, take vivid photos, and simply fall in love with the endless landscapes.
By noon, we arrive at a cozy mountain camp, where we are greeted with hospitality and a hearty lunch. After resting, we saddle up our horses and set off along the trails leading to a hidden gem in the mountains — the emerald Lake Köl-Suu. Here, by the clear water, you can stroll along the shore or, if you wish, take a short boat trip (at an additional cost) to explore the secluded corners and caves hidden in the rocky shores.
In the evening, we return to the camp, where dinner, the warmth of the yurt, and the quiet whisper of the mountains under the starry sky await us.
Day 5: Kel Suu – Kochkor (300 km)
The morning begins with a hearty breakfast and a new adventure in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan. We head to the Kochkor region, enjoying the picturesque landscapes along the way. On the road, we stop for lunch in one of the most beautiful spots — here you can breathe in the clean mountain air, admire the views, and take some memorable photos.
In the evening, we arrive in Kochkor, where a unique Shyrdak show awaits us — a demonstration of the art of creating traditional felt carpets. The masters will show each stage of the work: from preparing the wool to cutting out the patterns and the final decoration of the carpet.
After a busy day, we will stay at the cozy Fatima Guest House, where amenities are located on the floor, and enjoy a delicious home-cooked dinner. The atmosphere here is one of hospitality and warmth, and the evening, accompanied by the sounds of mountain silence, leaves you with a feeling of complete immersion in the local culture and life.
Day 6: Kochkor – Karakol, along the southern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul (300 km)
The morning begins with breakfast and a new exciting route towards the city of Karakol. On the way, we will make our first stop at Burkutchi, where we will see an impressive show with golden eagles — these majestic birds hunt and demonstrate their skills, leaving a lasting impression.
Next, the road leads to Skazka Canyon, where bizarre rock formations seem to have come straight out of the pages of a fairy tale. Here, every corner is the perfect place for photos and inspiration.
After the canyon, we will visit the Barskoon Gorge, where a short hike to the “Tears of Bars” waterfall will allow us to enjoy the fresh mountain air, the murmur of water, and the silence broken only by the sounds of nature.
The final stop on the route is the Jeti-Oguz Gorge, where the Seven Bulls and Broken Heart rocks, true symbols of the power and beauty of the Tien Shan nature, will amaze your imagination.
In the evening, you will arrive in the city of Karakol and stay at the cozy Sayakat Guest House, where amenities are located on the floor. The evening is filled with tranquility, an atmosphere of hospitality, and impressions that will remain in your memory for a long time
Day 7: Karakol – Cholpon-Ata (230 km)
The morning begins with breakfast and departure to the picturesque town of Cholpon-Ata, located on the shores of the blue Issyk-Kul Lake. Along the way, we will enjoy a rich cultural program: the Przewalski Museum, where the history of the famous explorer comes to life, the ancient Dungan Mosque with its exquisite architecture, and the Holy Trinity Cathedral, which preserves the spirit of past eras.
We will have lunch at a fish farm, where fresh trout will be cooked for us on the grill — its aroma and taste will be remembered for a long time.
The road then leads to the Semenovskoye Gorge, where majestic mountain landscapes open up, and to the Kyrchyn jayloo pasture, a real corner of nomadic life, where you can admire herds of horses and cows against the backdrop of the mountains. After that, we leave the Grigorievsky Gorge, continuing to enjoy the beauty of the Tien Shan.
In the evening, we arrive in Cholpon-Ata and check into the cozy Greenville Hotel, where amenities are located in the room. The evening passes in peace and quiet, accompanied by the sounds of the mountains and the proximity of a clear lake.
Day 8: Cholpon-Ata – Bishkek (270 km)
The morning begins with breakfast and a final journey through the picturesque landscapes of Kyrgyzstan towards the capital, Bishkek. In Cholpon-Ata, we will visit the Rukh Ordo Cultural Center, where each exhibition tells about the rich history and culture of the country, and the architecture of the complex impresses with its harmony with the surrounding mountains and lake.
Next, we will travel to the city of Tokmok, where we will visit the Burana Tower, a majestic minaret from the 9th-11th centuries, a monument of the Karakhanid state located in the Chui Valley. The height of the tower and its ancient stones seem to transport us back to the era of medieval caravans, when trade routes passed through these lands.
In the evening, we arrive in Bishkek and settle into a cozy guest house with en suite facilities. This marks the end of the journey: all that remains are memories of the majestic mountains, crystal-clear lakes, and vivid colors of Kyrgyz nature.
